Estimated Delivery Time

• Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days, inclusive of order processing (handling) and carrier delivery (transit).

• Delivery times may vary depending on your location and product availability.
   

Click & Collect

• If you choose Click & Collect, your items are typically ready within a few hours.

• You will receive an email or text notification as soon as your order is ready for pickup.
   

Shipping Providers

We use trusted shipping carriers, which may include:

• New Zealand Post

• Aramex

• Post Haste

• NZ Couriers
   

Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

• All applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
   

Order Fulfillment & Tracking

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details.

• If an item is out of stock in our store, it may be shipped directly from our supplier. We will notify you if this occurs.
   

Out-of-Stock or Unavailable Items
