Click & Collect

If you choose Click & Collect, your items are usually ready within a few hours. You’ll receive an email or text notification when your order is ready for pickup.

Shipping Providers

We use trusted New Zealand carriers, including:

  • NZ Post
  • Aramex
  • Post Haste
  • NZ Couriers

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. All fees will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Fulfillment & Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details.

If an item is not in stock at our store, it may be shipped directly from our supplier. We will notify you if this happens.

Out-of-Stock or Unavailable Items

If an item cannot be supplied, we will:
